Responsible for transforming the design scheme of aviation seat covers into precise cutting samples, ensuring that the pattern meets the requirements of design dimensions, craftsmanship, and ergonomics, while also considering production feasibility and cost optimization. Need to work closely with the design, process, and production teams to solve practical problems in the sewing and assembly process of the pattern.
Main job responsibilities:
Sample production and validation: Produce surface cover samples, verify and continuously optimize them to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of the samples.
Stereoscopic cutting and typesetting: Conduct three-dimensional cutting and typesetting work, including manual typesetting and computer typesetting, to ensure that the size and shape of the mask meet the design requirements.
Template modification and optimization: Based on the verification results and production feedback, modify and optimize the template to improve product quality and production efficiency.
Sewing process development: Develop a simple sewing process to provide guidance to the production department, ensuring that the sewing of the cover meets the design and quality standards.
Material selection and management: Determine the production process requirements and raw material selection for surface covers, understand the performance and characteristics of various fabric materials, and ensure that material selection meets design and production requirements.
Trial production and guidance: Perform cutting, sewing, trial production and other operations on new face covers, and provide technical guidance to the production department to ensure the smooth progress of the production process.
Problem solving and experience summary: Assist in handling customer issues, timely summarize problems and experiences that occurred during the seat development process, and provide reference for subsequent projects.
Communication and collaboration: Effectively communicate and collaborate with designers, engineers, and production departments to ensure the smooth progress of noodle design and production.

1. College degree or above, with experience in textile or seat cover technology, proficient in sewing technology theory and practical knowledge;
2. Possess strong learning, communication, and teamwork abilities;
3. Proficient in using office software (WORD, EXCEL, PPT, etc.) as well as drawing software and plate making techniques such as CAD, PDS, and Eagle CAD. Familiar with quality related tools such as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D, etc;

2. Responsible for designing the product material list BOM (including part number quota) according to design requirements.

4. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the ERP system, entering and maintaining various technical information (BOM/process route/drawing version number/operating specifications/working hour quota/packaging documents).
5. Responsible for leading the trial production of new products, providing technical guidance for daily production, and promptly resolving various technical issues during production.
6. Responsible for on-site process layout, coordinating with production to make reasonable arrangements for equipment, personnel, logistics, etc.
